Getting help
Most subscription problems have a specific cause. Start here, and contact us if it is not one of them.
Documentation
Full merchant documentation lives at doc.supersubscriptions.in — setup, plan types, the portal, notifications and billing.
The problems we see most
The widget is not showing on my product page
Almost always one of two things: no selling plan group is attached to that product, or the app block has not been placed on the product template in the theme editor. The widget renders a plan group — with no group, there is nothing to render.
A renewal failed
Check the decline reason on the subscriber's timeline, because the right response differs. Insufficient funds is retried on a schedule. An expired card triggers an update email rather than pointless retries. In India, a revoked or exceeded mandate needs re-authorisation — no retry will fix it. The full taxonomy.
A subscriber says they cannot manage their subscription
The portal is a page inside the Shopify customer account. If they cannot reach it, they are usually not signed in to the store — not to a separate portal, which does not exist.
Charge dates moved after a migration
This is the most common migration defect. Contact us — it is fixable, and we would rather correct it before your subscribers notice than after.

For anything not covered above, get in touch. If a subscriber is being charged incorrectly or cannot cancel, say so in the first line — we treat those ahead of everything else.
