Terms of service

1. The service

Super Subscription is a Shopify application provided by Proscube that enables subscription and recurring-order functionality on your Shopify store.

2. Billing

App charges are billed through Shopify on a 30-day cycle at the plan price shown on our pricing page, following any free trial. Shopify requires you to approve a charge when the amount increases.

3. Your responsibilities

You are the merchant of record for your own sales. You are responsible for your product descriptions, prices, tax treatment, delivery obligations and for complying with the consumer and auto-renewal rules that apply in the markets you sell into.

4. Data

We process personal data on your behalf as a processor. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms, and our privacy page describes what we hold and for how long.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where practical.

6. Termination

You may uninstall at any time. On uninstall we delete your store's data within 48 hours, in line with Shopify's requirements. Your subscription contracts are Shopify objects and remain in your store.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified before they take effect, and each version is dated so you can tell which applied when.
